Stephanie Cowan is a seasoned real estate professional with a deep-rooted connection to North County San Diego, having made it her home since 2002 (after marrying a local). She is originally from Vancouver Island, Canada and is unapologetically friendly! With over 12 years of experience as a Realtor, Stephanie has established herself as a trusted advisor in the local real estate market and now is leading her team of three other agents who truly care about their clients. She has a background in media and television producing and this shows through her visual story-telling in real estate marketing.

Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie is a proud mother to her daughter, Keira, who is pursuing her education at CU Boulder, and her son, Sawyer, who is a junior in high school. Her husband, John, is a former Pro-Mountain Biker turned Aerospace Engineer. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys traveling, boating, photography, reading, movies, tennis, snowboarding, hiking with her Labradoodle, Holly, and practicing yoga. Her favorite charitable organizations are Feeding San Diego, Voices For Children, World Vision, and she supports the local schools.

Licensed since 2004, Cindy Macango has gained a reputation for integrity as savvy negotiator and a service-oriented leader in her field. Cindy holds a BA in Psychology from Providence College and an MBA with a concentration in Marketing & Finance, from San Diego State University. This background has given Cindy the experience necessary to achieve success for each client through her extensive marketing reach and the ability to problem solve even the toughest transactions, all while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Cindy is a native New Yorker who has called San Diego home since 1999.  She fell in love with San Diego’s beauty and the active lifestyle the gorgeous weather provides. She’s an avid runner, having completed the San Diego Rock-n-Roll and Carlsbad, marathons. Cindy is a certified scuba diver and enjoys travelling the world to dive with sharks and explore coral reefs, as well as, diving the underwater coastline of SoCal.  Cindy currently lives in North County with her two active children. In her free time, you can find Cindy running the coast and local hills, enjoying the beach with her kids, or coaching lacrosse.
